Wanted:  Experienced cat person who likes to garden and is seeking a companion to help.  I'd love to hang out with you.  I don't want to be out there by myself, but if you're with me  I'll run and play and climb trees and then lay down and gaze at you while you garden.  When we got inside I'll hop on your lap and make biscuits. And, if I'm really happy, sometimes I even drool! And, I'll talk with you if you talk to me.  I have my own ideas about things, so it would probably be better if you are already a trained cat-person or I can be a little pushy.  I'm also happier as an only cat so I don't have to share you.  I got bounced around a bit through no fault of my own, so I really want to bond with someone who will love me back. editor's note: Tommy was the store cat at the MV Pet Club for a couple years.  He seemed kind of aloof there, but has turned out to be a lap-magnet!   We think the constant stimulation and attention at the store was a bit much for him, especially when he was trying to nap.  He went from there to a private home, but didn't get along with the resident cats. He's been with us for awhile so we could get to know him in a home environment and better identify his perfect match.  Is it YOU? This is a WONDERFUL cat!
